Methods

Clean and slice the onion thinly and put it to simmer in a pan with oil.
Once softened add the Organic Datterini Passata “Il sublime”, salt and cook for about 15 minutes.
By the end of cooking, add a part of olives, the chopped capers and basil leaves broken with hands.
Serve the warm tomato soup in a at dish, garnishing with mozzarella cut into strips, olives, capers and the remaining basil, finally sprinkle with shavings of almonds.

250 g of mozzarella
350 g Organic Datterini Passata “Il sublime”
120 g toasted sliced almonds
80 g of black and green olives
1 spring onion
40 g capers
Fresh basil in leaves
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt
