Method

Place the oil, finely chopped garlic and sage in a large saucepan and sauté for a few minutes until golden. Add the pre-boiled cannellini beans and cook for approximately 3 minutes.
Add the datterini tomatoes, salt and a pinch of pepper.
Cover with a lid and cook for a further 20 minutes.

extra-virgin olive oil
4 sage leaves
garlic
