For its line “Petti – Il pomodoro al centro” Petti selects only the tomatoes harvested exclusively from crops grown in the Val di Cornia, Grosseto, Maremma and the countryside around Siena and Pisa, primarily based on integrated and organic farming methods. Presal® is patented for preserving its healthy properties and its iodine quantity while cooking. The consumption of iodized salt is highly recommended by the Italian Ministry of Health for the prevention of diseases caused by iodine deficiency.
