Preparations

• Brown the onions in the pan with a drizzle of oil then add the PETTI
Organic Datterini passata flavoured with white truffle, season it
with salt and cook it for 10 minutes, then keep warm;
• In a separate bowl, mash the fresh burrata with a fork and season it
with oil and fresh thyme. Cook the gnocchi in salted boiling water;
• Once they are floating, drain and stir-fry them with the tomato sauce;
• Mix them with oil and grated Parmesan and serve with fresh burrata
and some crumbled taralli.

• Potato gnocchi, 200g;
• PETTI Organic Datterini passata
flavoured with white truffle, 350ml;
• Blonde onion, ½;
• Extra virgin olive oil;
• Salt and Pepper;
• Grated Parmesan, 30 g;
• Burrata cheese, 1;
• Thyme;
• Taralli (crumbled).
