Friselle with grape tomatoes
In the meantime, prepare the 12 friselle and, once cooking has finished, place the grape tomatoes carefully onto each frisella, adding the grated Parmesan, a fresh basil leaf and a little sauce from the grape tomatoes. Complete with a little extra virgin olive oil and the dish is ready. Serve the friselle with grape tomatoes hot.

350 gm Petti organic peeled datterini – organic peeled grape tomatoes
1 clove of garlic
50 gm parmigiano (Parmesan) cheese
Extra virgin olive oil
